I came with friends and my partner Heather to attend at my son’s wedding in a nearby village. Nothing prepared me for The Beeches – it is, simply, the most magical place I have ever stayed in and my whole weekend centred around being nurtured at breakfast time, absurdly well provided with comfort in our bedroom, and toured by Kim around the gardens – which are magical in themselves – . helped with taxis, dinners booked without any hassle AT ALL and I came home wondering if, after all, My friends and I had actually found a real A Midsummer Night’s Dream of a place..
