Not everyone has the space in their garden to set aside a separate area for fruit and vegetable growing. This day course covers the principles of how to create a beautiful Potager garden where ornamental and edible plants are grown together. You will return home with inspirational ideas on improving the productivity of your own garden.

Cost: £95.00 per person

Time: 10.00am – 4.00pm

Please arrive at 9.30am for a prompt 10.00am start.

Minimum 8 people – maximum 12 people on each course.

Full day courses will include all materials where relevant, refreshments and a 2 course lunch with optional wine.

 

Laurie McMillan is a Sussex based professional gardener with over 20 years experience.  During this time Laurie was horticultural lecturer for nine years at Plumpton College in East Sussex where she delivered a wide range of both practical and theoretical horticultural courses.

Laurie has an extensive knowledge of the care of plants and the conditions in which they flourish. She is passionate about gardening and has an enthusiasm to share her knowledge; bringing together her love of plants with her joy of teaching to create a learning experience that is informative, supportive and fun.
