The Beeches is a beautiful 18th century country house set in 8 acres of land and gardens in the Sussex countryside.

It is situated only 3 miles from the county town of Lewes and 4 miles from Glyndebourne Opera house. The Sussex Downs National Park is minutes away.

Over the past 18 years the present owner has created a wonderful garden, the centerpiece of which is a magnificent 300 year old walled garden which has been lovingly restored to its former glory.  

The property now offers Bed & Breakfast in two double bedrooms.

Within the grounds sits an 18th century oak-framed barn which has been transformed into a hub of creative activity and which offers a variety of courses in horticulture-related subjects including pruning, propagation and planting schemes and other creative activities such as creative willow work, knitting, crochet, floristry and photography.
